  • 1 lb (450g) spinach, frozen and thawed
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Assembly

  • 1 package phyllo dough (thawed)
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

    Squeeze all excess moisture from spinach. Place in a large bowl.

    Add feta, ricotta, eggs, green onions, dill, parsley, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
