Hummus

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp ice water
  • Paprika for garnish

Serving

  • Pita bread, warmed
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber slices
  • Kalamata olives
  • Fresh parsley
